Symphony Click & Collect is an online and mobile ordering system designed for the food to go market enabling retailers to offer a pre-order/pay service to their clients, improving customer service and boosting sales.

MCR provide you with your own Web portal and Mobile App branded to your own requirements, allowing customers to place orders using their PC, tablet or smartphone. Customers select from the on screen menu, click to place their order and pay online direct to your account. If your menu is on a cycle or you run daily specials, not a problem as Symphony allows you to set-up dynamic daily menu’s. Orders are sent to the store according to a production schedule that has been pre-defined to manage timeslots for collection and the customer will receive a confirmation email with details of the items ordered.

Click & Collect is part of the Symphony suite of products and fully integrates with SymPAY (MCR’s prepay cashless system) and Symphony Loyalty for customer rewards and targeted marketing. It also allows for payment to be made on-line via a debit/credit card or payment can be made on collection at the SymPOS Till.
