Higher Education Forum 2019
MCR Systems are proud to have hosted yet another successful User Group conference 'Higher Education Forum 2019' in June this year. With an impressive turnout and knowledgeable speakers, we were pleased to share business, product and compliance updates with sector professionals.
Speakers
The annual event was opened by our newly appointed Head of Business Development, Paul Jewell for an MCR Business update, including our 40th Birthday Celebrations late last year.
We also welcomed speakers UK Sales Manager, Paul Hudson from Aures for updates on the latest hardware including, self-serve kiosks and tablets. And Campus Card Systems Manager, Nathan Harvey from the University of Reading who described the process of turning his campus cashless in 2018, and the affects that he and his team have benefited from over the past year as a result.
Product updates
We are continuously working to develop our product capabilities - with our long history of providing till solutions we understand what consumers need. This year Head of Development, Richard Speirs, lead the team to migrate all client data to a new robust and secure hosting platform, as well as launching our brand new customer resource - to be released later in the year.
