At the heart of the roll out MCR Systems have installed the cloud based centrally hosted Symphony Enterprise providing complete real time control over products, prices, promotions, and screen templates. Symphony Reporting allows real time data analysis at site, region and head office level. One of the key drivers for the client was the need for "Business Intelligence" and "Insight" and Symphony Enterprise really delivers when it comes to providing real time analytical data on which to base sound business decisions helping to maximise control, maximise revenue and maximise bottom line profit.
The SymPOS tills are easy to use and intuitive making service at the point of sale quick and simple for customers and staff, and each till point offers contactless payments, further increasing the speed of service, and providing choice and convenience to customers.
This roll out is one of a number of large scale implementations currently being delivered by MCR Systems.
